There are 29 private offices with capacity for up to 234 workstations, all of them exterior offices with natural light, alongside 8 meeting rooms, 5 phone booths, event space, canteen areas and a large terrace for the exclusive use of members. The building also has showers, bicycle parking and car parking. Private offices start from 500 EUR per person per month, excluding VAT, and members have 24/7 private access from Monday to Sunday. The Utopicus Passport gives access to Utopicus spaces across Madrid and Barcelona.
The interiors are the work of the architects and interior designers Ellen Rapelius and Mónica Torner, who took Avinguda Diagonal itself as their thread, with its stately buildings, parks and cultural history, reflected in the materials, the planting on the terrace and the design of the meeting rooms. The refurbishment focused on technology and sustainability, and the building holds BREEAM Part 1 Very Good and BREEAM Part 2 Excellent certification. It is a Colonial owned building.
