Utopicus Madnum sits inside Madnum, a 90,000 sqm mixed use complex on Calle de Méndez Álvaro that brings work, well being and leisure together in one connected and sustainable development. The wider complex adds restaurants, a gym, physiotherapy, event spaces and an auditorium for 230 people to the working floors. It is a Colonial owned building and a zero-emission building, certified LEED Platinum, BREEAM Part 1 Excellent and BREEAM New Construction Very Good. It is the newest building in the Utopicus portfolio in Madrid.

The Utopicus space covers 3,053 sqm across three floors and holds 35 private offices with a maximum of 354 workstations, taken as private offices, Office Suites or HQ Flex. Alongside them are six meeting rooms, two training rooms, 14 phone booths and a multipurpose event space, with a landscaped shared terrace looking out over the Madrid skyline. The interiors, designed by Proyecto Singular, take the old social clubs of London and New York as their reference, using natural and sustainable materials in neutral tones. Private offices start from 450 EUR per person per month excluding VAT, with 24/7 private access Monday to Sunday, and the Utopicus Passport gives access to Utopicus spaces across Madrid and Barcelona. Car parking, bicycle parking and showers are available on site.

Private offices are available from 450 EUR per person per month, excluding VAT. Membership covers utilities including electricity, water and HVAC, cleaning, a private VPN with Wi-Fi and Ethernet, purified water plus tea and premium coffee, meeting room credits, use of the shared spaces, a registered and fiscal business address for tax purposes, package and mail handling, and the Utopicus Passport for Utopicus spaces in Madrid and Barcelona. Services such as printing, catering, on demand cleaning and on demand IT support are available on a pay per use basis.

Reception is generally staffed on weekdays. Private office members have 24/7 private access, Monday to Sunday.

How to get there?

Utopicus Madnum sits in Arganzuela, in the Méndez Álvaro and Atocha area just south of the city centre. This fast changing southern district of Madrid is built around a major transport interchange, with Méndez Álvaro metro on line 6 and bus lines 8, 102, 148, 152, 156, N11 and N13 on the doorstep, and Atocha as the nearest train station. The district lies inside the M-30 ring road, and the airport is around 20 minutes away by car.
