It is the newest building in the Utopicus portfolio in Madrid.

The interiors, designed by Proyecto Singular, take the old social clubs of London and New York as their reference, using natural and sustainable materials in neutral tones. Private offices start from 450 EUR per person per month excluding VAT, with 24/7 private access Monday to Sunday, and the Utopicus Passport gives access to Utopicus spaces across Madrid and Barcelona. Car parking, bicycle parking and showers are available on site.
