Designed by the London practice Binom Architects, it was created for organisations pioneering new business models that give back to society, create cultural value and protect the environment.
Four floors hold 61 private offices with capacity for up to 663 workstations, alongside Office Suites and HQ Flex, 11 meeting rooms, a training room, an event space, an auditorium and nine phone booths. The Working Pass coworking area seats 34, and members share a terrace, showers and bicycle parking. Private offices are available from 375 EUR per person per month excluding VAT, with 24/7 private access Monday to Sunday, and the Utopicus Passport gives members access to Utopicus spaces across Madrid and Barcelona.
