It holds 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many with panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Entry is through a private ground floor lobby with biometric access around the clock.

Jay Suites Wall Street takes three floors near the top of 40 Wall Street, with panoramic views across the Brooklyn and Midtown skylines. There are 84 furnished executive suites, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 50 people, including a full floor of prebuilt suites, a private lounge and phone booths. Four meeting rooms seat five to 20, and a designer event space with breakout areas sits on the 27th floor.
