How to get there?

30 Broad Street sits in the heart of the Financial District, a few doors from the New York Stock Exchange and Trinity Church. Nearly all of Lower Manhattan's subway lines are within a short walk, and the immediate streets are cobblestoned and largely closed to traffic, which makes the area unusually walkable for Manhattan. Street level offers a dense run of dining and major banking centres, with retail stretching from South Street Seaport in the east to Broadway's larger stores in the west.
