Jay Suites Midtown East occupies the 8th and 9th floors of the DuMont Building, a class A art-deco tower of 42 storeys on Madison Avenue. The 50,000 square foot centre holds 101 furnished executive suites, from single-person units to team spaces for twenty, with panoramic views over Midtown. Four flexible meeting rooms seat six to 24, and members get preferred rates at the Jay Conference facility on the 10th floor for meetings of up to 200. Access is by secure biometric entry, 24 hours a day.

Jay Suites Midtown East takes the 8th and 9th floors of the DuMont Building, a class A art-deco tower of 42 storeys on Madison Avenue, abutting the landmarked Lever House. The 50,000 square foot centre holds 101 furnished executive suites, from single-person units to team spaces for twenty, most looking out over the Midtown skyline.

The reception combines wood, glass and brushed brass, and stone hallways with designer ceilings run through both floors. Four flexible meeting rooms seat six to 24, and members get preferred rates at the Jay Conference facility on the 10th floor for meetings of up to 200 people. The E and M trains stop inside the building.
