Jay Suites Midtown East takes the 8th and 9th floors of the DuMont Building, a class A art-deco tower of 42 storeys on Madison Avenue, abutting the landmarked Lever House. The 50,000 square foot centre holds 101 furnished executive suites, from single-person units to team spaces for twenty, most looking out over the Midtown skyline.

The reception combines wood, glass and brushed brass, and stone hallways with designer ceilings run through both floors. Four flexible meeting rooms seat six to 24, and members get preferred rates at the Jay Conference facility on the 10th floor for meetings of up to 200 people. The E and M trains stop inside the building.

The district is home to Bloomberg, Sony and NBC Studios, which makes it a natural fit for financial services and media firms, and the surrounding blocks are dense with major banks, coffee shops and business-lunch restaurants.
