Three high floors of 40 Wall Street

Jay Suites Wall Street occupies the 27th, 28th and 29th floors of 40 Wall Street, high enough that the suites look out across both the Brooklyn and Midtown skylines. There are 84 furnished executive suites, from single-person units up to team spaces for as many as 50 people, including a whole floor of prebuilt suites for teams that want to move in as they are.

The 27th floor carries a designer event space with lounge and breakout areas, and four meeting rooms seat five to 20. Members also get access to The Vaults, the building's own amenity space downstairs, which holds a cafe, further meeting rooms, lounge areas and event space. The 2 and 3 trains stop inside the building.

How to get there?

40 Wall Street sits at the centre of the Financial District, with the 2 and 3 trains stopping in the building and most of Lower Manhattan's other lines within a few blocks. Pier 11 gives direct ferry access east across the river. The New York Stock Exchange, Trinity Church, Brookfield Place and the Oculus are all within a short walk, and the surrounding streets carry major banking centres alongside some of the city's better restaurants. Retail runs from South Street Seaport to the east across to Broadway's larger stores to the west.
