A new creative hub in Leyton Midland
Mainyard Studios Creative Quarter is a new hub at 669 High Road Leyton, a minute's walk from Leyton Midland Road station. Mainyard is building it as a destination for independent founders, makers and entrepreneurs, with retail units, beauty and wellness studios and private office and creative spaces in one place.
The plan for the hub goes further: Mainyard is bringing together independent retailers, food traders, creative and music studios, maker spaces and events under one roof, aimed at small businesses that want to trade, make and grow alongside each other. The first units are open for viewings now, so this is a chance to join early and be part of it from the start.
The Creative Quarter plugs into Mainyard's wider network of creatives and entrepreneurs across east London. Mainyard is an independent, family run business founded in 2012.
