There are 84 furnished executive suites, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 50 people, including a full floor of prebuilt suites, a private lounge and phone booths. Four meeting rooms seat five to 20, and a designer event space with breakout areas sits on the 27th floor. Members also use The Vaults, the building's own amenity space, which holds a cafe, meeting rooms, lounges and event space. The 2 and 3 trains stop in the building.

Jay Suites Fifth Avenue is a 90,000 square foot tower just west of Fifth Avenue on 38th Street, the former Lord and Taylor corporate headquarters and the largest building in the Jay Suites estate. It holds 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many with panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Entry is through a private ground floor lobby with biometric access around the clock.

Jay Suites 34th Street occupies the 7th and 8th floors of an eleven-storey building directly across from the Empire State Building, one block from Penn Station. The centre houses 162 fully furnished office suites, from single-person rooms to team spaces for twenty or more, alongside eight meeting rooms seating four to forty. A 2,000 square foot private terrace opens off the seventh floor, wired for microphones, speakers and WiFi. Dual entrances on 34th and 35th Streets, soundproof phone booths, a coworking area and a designer reception complete the floors.
