Designed by the Turull Sorensen studio with Utopicus's own architecture team, the concept takes its cues from the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, which shows in the way the floors are laid out and in the shapes and colours used throughout. The building holds private offices for companies of any size, Office Suites, HQ Flex space, meeting and training rooms, a Working Pass coworking area and four large meeting places set along its corridors.

Utopicus José Abascal offers 2,350 sqm of flexible workspace in the heart of Madrid's Chamberi district.
