Jay Suites Fifth Avenue

Jay Suites Fifth Avenue is a 90,000 square foot tower just west of Fifth Avenue on 38th Street, the former Lord and Taylor corporate headquarters and the largest building in the Jay Suites estate. It holds 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many with panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Entry is through a private ground floor lobby with biometric access around the clock.

A whole tower, and a floor given over to amenities

Jay Suites Fifth Avenue is the largest building in the estate: 90,000 square feet at 15 West 38th Street, just west of Fifth Avenue and formerly the Lord and Taylor corporate headquarters. There are 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, ranging from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many looking straight at the Empire State Building.

The fourth floor is given over entirely to amenities: lounge areas, banquet seating, phone booths and meeting spaces, reached through a private ground floor lobby of wood, glass and brushed brass. Five meeting rooms seat seven to 28, with a Jay Conference facility on the lower level and a rooftop event space above for anything larger.
