Jay Suites Fifth Avenue is a 90,000 square foot tower just west of Fifth Avenue on 38th Street, the former Lord and Taylor corporate headquarters and the largest building in the Jay Suites estate. It holds 232 furnished executive suites across floors five to twelve, from single-person units to team spaces for as many as 100 people, many with panoramic views of the Empire State Building. A dedicated fourth-floor amenity floor carries lounge areas, phone booths and meeting spaces, and there is a Jay Conference facility on the lower level plus a rooftop event space. Entry is through a private ground floor lobby with biometric access around the clock.
